Low Battery Alerts?

When I first set up phone I had the option for "Low Battery Alerts". But I turned them off because they were for like 20% and 15%? "Something I did Not like"... I am used to having a 5% option and only wanted a 5% option.

But I love GrapheneOS and now I'll take what I can get. Not trying to complain. I'm trying to turn on whatever low battery percent notification I can get.

I have searched forever and no longer can find this setting. I have read forum and other people have same issue and I see no solution.

I want a " Low Battery Notification " even if it has to be 20% or something weird. Please Help me find the setting.

CharlieMander Another option would be to set your battery saver on a custom setting. Go Settings> Battery> Battery Saver> Set Custom Schedule. I have mine set to 20%. I get a notification saying, 'Battery Saver turned on to Extend Battery Life'. This works for me plus battery saver is turned on too.

There isn't something like that in AOSP, but if you really need an alarm/alert there is this:

I'll check it out. I really like having a alert for low battery. I can't see battery's % when consuming media. So phone dies all the time while watching movies.

23Sha-ger No Luck. I need the reverse version of this. This is alarm when battery gets charged up to a certain % I need alarm when it drains down to a certain percent. Ha ha

But This gives me hope I just need to find the right app.

Yes I last time used this "feature" 25 years ago, every Nokia came with it and it was not possible to switch off.

Thats strange. You should get a notification. When battery saver is on, is there a notification in your notification drawer? (Swipe down from the home screen) If there is, its probably set to silent by default. Long press it and change it to 'Default' (or Ring, or whatever it says) and then you should be able to change the notification sound. This is how I did it because I was fed up about not getting notified that battery saver was on

Your right it was set to silent. But durring my new testing even when not on silent I dont get a noticeable alert during my intended use case. "Consuming Media Full Screen".
It does not ring or have popup that I can notice while Im consuming media.

This is honesty such a nitpick complaint I almost feel bad posting on the fourm about it.
Im just used to huge pop up notification when I get to 5% battery that displays over my media, so I can plug in phone last minute before it dies mid Anime. And I cant just have my phone pluged in chargeing while laying in bed at night because of big rude dog who will lay right on top of the cord and rip it out. Over time this ruined the chargeing port on a previous phone so im caution about haveing phone plugged in around my dog. Ha ha

Im really wanting an app exactly like the other guy mentioned just reversed for low battery not battery to high. That would be perfect I think.

To get your pop up banner:

In settings, search the word "saver"
Go to battery saver. Temporarily set it to a % higher than what you are now to make the notification appear.

View notification, hold finger on it for 5 sec, press the gear icon that is now on it, expand the collapsed option called "other", it highlights " routine mode info", tap that, change what you want:

Pop up banner across the screen
Vibrate
Sound

Now change battery save to 20%. Now you have your pop up over your anime video :)

(I set mine to 25% because having any battery below 20% is bad for it. Your 100% to 0 or 50%->0% won't last as long) 20% isnt a magic number. Just having it close to 100% or 0% lowers lifespan.

But you do you
