Fonts rendering after update

Hello everyone
I have serious problem with fonts rendering after latest update.

Just look at the "vodaf one" (the issue is not only in notify bar, it's basically everywhere with "f" letter

This is reproducable only with smallest fonts and display size.
Using "Max resolution" also fixes the issue, but the cost is battery life.

Should I report a bug, and if yes, where to?

letter spacing is consistent and "vodafone" don't look like "vodaf one".

and before the update, everything was looking normal under default ("high") resolution.

Pixel 9 Pro, by the way.
