I just wanted to share my experience that the RCS chats have seemed to be working just fine on my Pixel 6a but it is "unsupported" on my Pixel 9. This is in Canada on Fido (Rogers) network and in each phone, using the same sim card and carrier.
I just wanted to share my experience in case the developers find the feedback of use.
