Yubikey app now giving platform error when trying to register new site

Trying to add a site to my Yubikey 5. I tried multiple times but when I hold the key for the phone to read it, I get a "platform error" and IO error.

Never had issues before.

Using the key for already-saved sites works fine.

Speeduser7533 I'm not clear on what you're referring to. Which site? How are you trying to register the site? Is it an OTP token? How can someone try to replicate the problem?

Site is Reddit.

What happens is, the site displays the QR code (on my desktop PC). I open the Yubikey app and scan the QR code, but then the error appears on the phone.

I was able to set up 2FA using a different authenticator.

Yubikey's app was recently updated and I think this was the first new site I've tried adding since the update.

Could this have something to do with it rejecting the addition of a new site since I'm running GOS?
