Synchronizing contacts with your car via Bluetooth

I paired my Google Pixel 8 Pro with the latest Graphene in my car (Kia xceed) and was then able to transfer my phone contacts without any problems.
My partner has a Google Pixel 9 Pro and also the latest Graphene version. Pairing via Bluetooth worked perfectly (the “Synchronize contacts” flag was activated). Nevertheless, the transfer of contacts in the car is interrupted with an error message. I compared the permissions for contacts and Bluetooth and found no difference. Where is the problem?

Strangely enough, it worked today. I don't know why.
