or is there a way to install/downgrade to 2025110800 from 2025110801 via adb?

Awesome! 2025110801 is operating properly on my P7, Pixel Tablet and P9PXL.
2025110800 is working great on my P6a.
I don't have Google Services installed and did not use cellular on any device, therefore I have not tested those.

Alrajhi Bank app still doesn't work as of this build. Can we assume this will never be fixed?
it's been multiple months without a fix.
