Last night I switched to GOS on my Pixel 9. I moved from the Samsung Z Fold 7, before enabling RCS on the pixel, I disabled it on the Fold.
I installed Googles Messages version 242499063 from Aurora (due to reading about everything thread about the issues).
My RCS status is Connected.
My carrier is Mint Mobile.
However, when I go to send a message using RCS I am seeing "Not sent. Check Options". I also cannot receive texts from other people if they are sending it as RCS.
Google Messages permissions: Contacts, Music and Audio, Network, Phone, Photos and Videos, SMS
Google Play Store permissions: Network, Notifications, Sensors, SMS
Google Play Services permissions: Contacts, Network, Notifications, Phone, Sensors, SMS
I installed Carrier Services via Google Play store and it's installed but I can't see to see it under Settings > Apps to check the permissions.
I saw recommendations to install Google Services Framework, so I went to apkmirror.com and download the Android 16+ lastest version, however when I attempt to install it says "App not installed".
I have rebooted in multiples series, post uninstall, post install etc. I even went to Googles website and deregistered my number from RCS and the renabled in Google Messages.
