Use the Private Space without a screen lock

Is it currently possible or could it be possible to use the private space without a screen lock? I'd really like this feature and it would be nice to have the option to use the private space, but without a PIN or password.

May i ask you what's the challenge of typing same or a different code ?

user2025 the point is I don't need it to be a "private" private space. I just want a place that can be isolated from the rest - like user profiles can. They don't require a screen lock. I don't keep apps that need to be "locked up" in the private space, just apps that I want easier access to that I don't completely trust. So I don't necessarily need/want a lock on the private space.

Private from the rest of the phone. For example using your private space for play store and services, and the rest of the phone for your regular apps.

nandohyphen1 once you unlock it it can remain unlocked until you reboot or maunaully relock it. I'm not sure about the stock launcher but I use ulauncher from the accrescent store, and you have the option there for list the private space apps along side all your normal user profile apps. Thats a pretty seemless experience if you need it. Is that what you're looking for?

mmmm that seems like it might work. When you change to a different launcher, are things messed around with like app placement and wallpaper? I've never switched to a different launcher before.

nandohyphen1 well the regular grapheneos launcher lists all the apps at the bottom of the regular app list, that's not exactly a complicated approach. Ulauncher is a bit minimalist and not everyone's cup of tea. You can experiment with others. Changing the launcher doesn't do much to how you have it set up, you can switch back to the gos launcher and it will be about the same. Once launched in the new launcher though, yes it messes it all up, you need to start again within that launcher.

mmmm normally,you create a new profile dedicated for the Google Services and in there install all dependent applications (and not inaide a private space) which could be locked when you switch the profile therefore not running and implicit,no notifications.
But, i could be wrong...

Im having troubles finding "easy" in which profile i am after not using the phone for a period of time.
AND...still cand block terminating the session frrom the lock scrren even without unlocking the session...arghh

it would be also good to be able to lock unlock the private space using tasker. like nandohyphen1 says, to use private space like work profile, or second work profile.

Thats one way of doing it, and was the only way until private space existed. Now one can have next to the same benefits with a great deal more convenience. Its good if
You need playstore apps accessible easily without the hassle of switching profiles.

I use colour. So I match the colour of the profile with the colour of the clock. I know from the lock screen with profile I am in.
