Same as using some Mudi E-750. At least you don't need to root anything and install apps.
By being a phone with a screen you can easily put passcode on it (plus all other GOS benefits).
Also in early 2024(2023?) there is a vulnerability in Pixel baseband firmware, allow attacker to do RCE. But I believed GOS had more hardened/isolation than normal Pixel soo it less affected (or not affected at all?) so there's that.
What I plan to do is basically install minimal app, do some server stuff in Debian VM and route all traffic through there.
