Playstore requires Google login

I deleted the Tesla app because it was not working and planned on downloading a new app. When I go to the Play store to download, I get the message " Authentication is required. You need to sign in to your Google Account". "Try Again". When I hit "Try Again" nothing happens. I thought sandboxing meant that I didn't have to log into Google. Is there another source for the Tesla app? Thanks

richinwalla you need to log in, but you can create a single purpose account within play store to do that. Or you can try aurora store

Sandboxed means that it can't do whatever it wants to the OS.
But the apps is still working the same.
If you don't want to login, you need to use Aurora Store.

That is a problem, I log in, but the Play store tells me to log in when I'm already logged in. Anyway thanks for your suggestion. I got the app needed from Aurora.
