My Pixel 7 won't connect to the internet

My Pixel 7 won't connect to the internet even when connected to a Wi-Fi router. No apps work, either on the owner profile or the alternate one. They all tell me there's no connection. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks.

Jnana Is this also true on cellular data? How many different Wi-Fi networks? Are the date and time correct?

de0u Hi, I updated the date and time and it's fixed, thank you so much.

Now I'm trying to figure out why location services aren't working correctly when I set a destination in Google Maps and click "navigate." It's not calculating the route properly. It spends a while searching for the best route but never finds it. What could be causing this?

de0u The issue is that I can now only access the WhatsApp app from the owner's profile; it doesn't work from the alternate profile. However, I can access the Telegram app from both profiles. Is it possible to access it from both profiles? Or is it only possible from the owner's profile?

Okay, I think I've found the cause. I had to allow location access in apps from the owner's profile. It seems to be fixed.

Jnana I apologize, but I am not the right person to advise you on WhatsApp (or Telegram). I'm more of a network-settings kind of person. Hopefully somebody else will chime in -- if not, you could start a new thread. Perhaps the topic could be something like "Can WhatsApp work in a secondary user profile?".
