Hard to say. The security and privacy community is sadly not a homogenous scene. There are many individuals out there who will spread half-truths or straight up misinformation. Some have correct representation of some topics, while making stuff up in another. You only really know if you know. If you have no idea, you will not be able to filter out the garbage.
I would say if you're interested in security in general, Brian Krebs is a trustworthy source (and a pretty hated person among black hats). If you want to translate German, Mike Kuketz is another source that is often referenced. Apart from that? Look around for security researchers that also submit (peer reviewed) papers. Those generally know what they are talking about.
If you're looking for a single unified source, I am not aware of any that exists. As I said, it's spread out across different blogs, X or BlueSky accounts. A lot are also on Mastodon. I would just advise not to go to Reddit for reliable information regarding security. There are just too many random weirdos with wild takes.
