Hi,
I use Garmin Connect (GC) on my Pixel 9, running on the owner account with Sandboxed Play Services running.
At some point (probably following a system update), the map miniature (which afaik is served by the Google Maps SDK) from the activity overview went blank. Clicking on the map to go fullscreen does load the map tiles as well as the GPS track. However the GPS track remains black instead of being colored according to a data layer (speed, altitude, heartrate...). See this attachment for what it looks like from the activity overview screen.
At first when I set up GrapheneOS (GOS), GC was working perfectly fine. Then this happened for a while but eventually it started working again. But now it's been a few weeks since the issue came back.
The issue seems to be GOS specific, as all GOS users IRL I know (two people plus me) are affected by this issue, yet non-GOS users I know that do use GC (iOS excluded) are not affected.
I have tried rebooting the phone, force closing GC and clearing cache, as well as disabling + clearing cache of Google Play Services. Everything on my phone seems up to date, including Play Services and its components.
I searched the forum for reports about this issue but to no avail, hence this post.
