JustBeginnez Will the system updater function correctly even if the device storage is full? (I am currently using 120GB/128GB.)
Dumdum JustBeginnez https://grapheneos.org/usage#updates updates are installed to a secondary installation of GrapheneOS which only becomes the active installation after the update is complete. I would presume this to mean that updates are downloaded to the system partition which already has a set amount of space reserved.
de0u JustBeginnez System Updater Issue #2 suggests that GrapheneOS does not support streaming A/B updates, so my hunch would be that at present the system needs enough "regular" free space to store the download. In some cases that will be a delta update, which might be only a few megabytes, I think multiple gigabytes are necessary when there is a major update.
