Battery Drain through GrapheneOS App Store

Hi,
I had a huge battery drain since a few days. In the Battery Manager it shows that AppStore consumed 92% of the overall consumption within the last 12 hours. That's roughly 45% of the battery of my pixel 9a. Anyone expirienced something similar?

Check if you have some sort of network configuration that is blocking the App Store from properly reaching the internet without it thinking the network is down (as it would without the Network permission).

My 9a shows the GrapheneOS App Store consumed less than 1℅ since the last full charge (more than 12 hours ago)

I can confirm I had exactly the same issue on my 8 Pro. Investigation showed that Google Play store was using 38%!!!! I did wonder why my battery life was so shocking, not even lasting a day!

Skorp Oh that could be it. I'm using always on VPN via mulvad for some of my Profiles. I'll try deactivating it for a while and see how that goes.

When I look at my battery usage, after 21h of screen time (including partial charging), I'm seeing for instance:

19% by App Store (Screen time: 2 mins | Background: 6 mins)
14% by Vanadium (Screen time: 4h | Background: 4h)
5% by Proton Mail (Screen time: 1h | Background: 2h)
4% by Proton VPN (Screen time: 2 mins | Background: 10h30)
...

I have a Pixel 9.

The stats regarding App Store seems a bit odd.

What do you mean? I've installed GrapheneOS on this phone when I bought it a couple of weeks ago, maybe 2 weeks.

Just wait it out. It will go away (The store battery usage).

I had it too on my 2 Pixels and it was gone after some time without any further acting.
