No, charge up your phone for a while it is off. It should show a battery animation starting at 0%, 25%, 50%, or 75% and going up higher. If it is starting at anything other than 0%, then your battery is charged enough. Then it isn't the same issue as the other person.
If this is the error you're getting "init_user0_failed"
Probably only a factory reset will fix it (You'll lose all of your data and files).
Your phone's storage may be failing, this could happen again and with increased frequency. Keep good backups.
