mock location in secondary profile

Is mocking location outside of the main profils even possible ( due to it being developer option). There was another post about this a while ago but no replies on it.

Or is there a way to set the mock location in the main profile and make that mock location available too all profiles?

Washed2672 Mock Location is global via the developer options configuration in the Owner user and will apply to other profiles. Our planned Location Scopes feature will be per-app-instance instead.
