Fossify Calendar and Contacts automatic export issue

I'm having trouble setting a custom backup location for Fossify Calendar and Contacts. The app only allows backups to storage/emulated/0, and I can't use a folder like storage/emulated/0/Backup/Fossify. This limits my ability to organize my backups.

Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone know a workaround? I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions.

My Fossify contracts backs up to the location of my choosing.

It's been a while since I set that up and I don't recall having to do anything unusual.

Make sure the apps have permission to access the directory where you wasnt to Store your backups.

Any permissions the app has are granted, but the folder the app can see is storage/emulated/0/Android. Or folders inside that path.

Thank you. It's just an issue with the app itself, and I just have to wait until it becomes fixed.

Unfortunately, what I see is a GrapheneOS issue only because it works with different operating systems, for example, LineageOS or DivestOS. So, it may be fixed in some way with collaboration between GrapheneOS and the Fossify Project.

I used it myself for long time till I realized plenty of appointments were missing or saved on the incorrect day.
