JadedSauce I saw someone else with issues on Reddit similar to me. Basically WiFi will just drop, and there won't be an option to reconnect. This is on a new second hand 8 pro. Bluetooth also has issues. I have to go into settings and system, and reset WiFi and Bluetooth. Stock OS WiFi is fine and works normally. I had thought it was possibly a hardware issue but I don't think so anymore.
If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are flaky, that really does sound consistent with a hardware problem (or two). How long does Wi-Fi work ok when using the stock OS? Do the Wi-Fi problems occur on multiple different Wi-Fi networks, or just one?

A while back there were complaints about Pixel 9 devices not doing well with 40-MHz wide channels on 5 GHZ (Issue #3944), but I don't recall reports of that affecting Bluetooth.
