The network functions (Bluetooth & mobile internet service) on my Pixel 8 are not working properly since this morning. Wifi connections do work and I have cell reception meaning I can make calls. This morning my Pixel 8 got stuck in a restart loop, restarting randomly after boot and in the home screen. Error logs indicate that my Pixel 8 experienced Kernel PANIC at least once. Additionally, I found out that this kernel PANIC was probably caused by a memory issue. At this time, the machine is running normally but several settings seem to have changed spontaneously such as: the color for my sim in the sim pin login screen (seems small but I felt it should be noted), the keyboard will now autocorrect my spelling although I have this setting disabled (turning it on and off did not help), and as described earlier Bluetooth keeps crashing and mobile internet services are non-functional.
I suspect the crash has something to do with the circumstances in which I sometimes boot up the phone. At times, I will boot up the phone on an empty battery whilst charging. In the past the phone will sometimes turn off 30-60 seconds after startup whilst displaying 1 or 2% charge. This time the phone entered into a restart-loop.
Unfortunately, I have limited knowledge on the technical remedies for this issue. I've tried hard-resetting it with the volume-up / lock screen buttons. However, this has not helped. My device is repeatedly notifying the following: 'Bluetooth has stopped working.' It seems for Bluetooth to be able to work, I need to give it additional permissions, at least thats what I infer from the error report:

Im not sure if this crash is related to my mobile services not functioning, as I still unaware of how to troubleshoot that functionality. Any ideas?
