Meatheadmarty I understand what you are saying. I was actually starting to think i was going crazy. I was waking up each day to a new drama, whilst he was denying everything. I am sane and with no mental health issues. My bank wouldn't even let me use internet banking as my networks were never secure.
I do have a list of all the open ports, which left me open to attacks.
I found he was using Direct wifi, ethernet and NBN. I found he was using a phone to set timers. He was also on the deep dark web.
It has been enough to make anyone go crazy, especially when i didn't even know about the icloud this year.
I have made reports to Cybergov, its deemed as DV. I have the TIO investigating as i made a report to them also.

I doubt he was using any of those to attack you. If you're paranoid about it still then call your current local internet provider and ask them for support regarding resetting your wifi/internet.

And how did you find this out? Did he tell you? Also, just because he may have been browsing on the dark web don't mean he was doing anything to harm you, he could have been using Tor for privacy purposes, research, etc. Many journalists use Tor regularly.

What did the banks base their decision on?

What are his qualifications? Does he work in IT? What you are describing requires extremely high sophistication and experience in the cybersecurity space (at least as a red teamer) to perform so many attacks consistently.

You either gave him all your passwords, or he is some wunderkind or you think that you have been hacked while nothing ever really happened.

I am leaning towards option 3.

There is a plethora of cases on this forum really similar to yours. They all claim that every device around them is infiltrated, with the same incoherent explanation and no evidence. Until we get any evidence, I'm gonna put this to rest.

"I was waking up each day to a new drama" doesn't help. "I am sane with no mental health issues" doesn't help becauze if you were having a first psychotic break, you would not know.

Your network being insecure could mean that if you have a router, he added proxy to a server he controls and then sent the connections out via VPN. But you should be able to test that. What do you mean by your bank blocked you? Do you mean a cloudflare captcha? Do you mean something not loading?

None of this is technical information we can use. Which is why the whole thing seems like mental illness: there is a lack of specific detail. What dates? Times? How often? What browser? What error messages? It's so vague.

Every major email provider and social media account will send you an email when a new device has signed into your accounts.

What proof do you have that he has signed into any of your accounts? Did Gmail, Microsoft, Protonmail send you an email about a new login from a new device?

I am not saying I do not feel for the person who considers being in some way threatened but I think saw enough. There is no case here, only paranoia.

wuseman I would not go that far, doctors are just guys and chicks who can't even give you a proper nutritional advice but let's wait for input from original poster and perhaps we can constructively break down each of their claims and support it with evidence if possible.

Cos-3 I'm sorry to hear you're going through this, I know it's very stressful and frightening for you. While I do not know enough about technology to give you advice on stopping these attacks, I think you will be better able to research and take care of this if you can find an expert. If I were in your situation, I'd find a therapist who works with victims of stalking and book an appointment with them. I know that since you don't have any mental health issues, the idea of going to a therapist may not seem necessary, but many therapists have expertise working with victims of stalking and cyberharassment. They can help keep you safe from your ex, get your devices clean and safe again, and most importantly, stop the harassment. Therapists who have expertise in helping stalking victims also often know the best ways to get the police to listen to you and take action against your ex. Even if the one you find doesn't, they will likely be able to refer you to a different therapist who will be able to help you.

Cos-3 few things to consider

Check for any physical devices connected to your network.
Wipe your pc/laptop and reinstall the os.
Login to every single accounts, logout from all devices, reset password, enable 2fa, if possible use passkeys. Use a password manager (keepassxc, keep it local)
Change your mobile number, (jmp.chat is good)
Wipe your GrapheneOS phone.
Replace router or use only mobile data for few days.
Factory reset your car or any other electronic devices in home.
Make sure no one can physically access any of your devices.
Use a vpn.
Monitor your network traffic (nextdns helps).

If you feel like the attacker is highly skilled, you may need to replace your devices. There are some bios level malware which can even survive disk wipes.
