I switched to P9 after using GOS on my P7 for 3 years. I switched yesterday and today I tried to make my first phone call. This is the first time I am having any kind of issue when using GOS. I am confident it will be resolved.

Call immediately ends. I tried with and without SIM. I tried calling 911 with and without a SIM, same result. SMS, 5G, Hotspot, Signal, WhatsApp all work.
When I open WIFI calling, I receive a notification when I receive a call but phone doesn’t ring. Call goes to voicemail immediately.
Things I tried:
On/off: Wifi calling, 2G, VoLTE,
Reset Mobile Network settings, reset Bluetooth Wifi
Google Phone App
Carriers: ATT, US Mobile.
Change Preferred network type
Other User Profiles
Any recommendation is welcome. I don’t want to re-install the OS before trying everything.
