Strange Problems with Fritz!Box: some sites not reachable

Until now, I have only used a mobile router with its own SIM card. My new apartment has a LAN connection to a router (Fritz!Box 7590) – all in Germany.
I cannot connect to the RTDE portal (https://fromrussiawithlove.rtde.world/) via the Fritz!Box, but it works fine via my mobile router.
Does anyone else have this problem? The portal mentioned above needs to be connected to the Cloudflare DNS server 1.1.1.1. However, setting this server in the Fritz!Box does not solve the problem.

To my knowledge RT was blocked in Germany after Russia's invasion of Ukraine. You will need to configure a different DNS server (outside of Germany) that lets you read Russian propaganda.

avaluedcustomer The shared link of RT is an alternative URL that works in Germany in browsers and on mobiles with DNS server set to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 - normally. I checked that on several devices.
This is the first time for me that the router or the dsl provider seems to block it.
