Installing Graphene OS on a Pixel 3a XL

Hi,

I am looking to install Graphene OS on a device. Currently, I only have a Pixel 3a XL and although Ubuntu touch runs just fine on it, it is not really useful without the ability to make/receive calls. I was wondering if it is possible to still install Graphene OS on it, more as a test than really to use it, and is there documentation on how to do this still?

I am also looking at upgrade my Pixel phone. What is the best to run Graphene OS?

al89 you won't get GrapheneOS on Pixel 3 XL. Upgrade asap to one of supported devices

That depends on many factors, e.g., how price-sensitive a particular person is. Devices in the 8/9/10 series have hardware features that the 6/7 series do not: memory tagging and DisplayPort Alt Mode. GrapheneOS does not yet run on Pixel 10 devices. Later devices are likely to be supported for longer.

This all makes since. I was thinking that the Pixel 3a XL was too old, but I wanted to make sure. I am looking at the recommended devices to get a new phone. Thanks!
