ATT Voicemail Transcription

Hello all,
Recently moved over to ATT from TMobile. I have RCS and Visual Voicemail working perfectly.
However Voicemail transcription does not seem to be working.
I have Speech services and Recorder installed it works fine.... but no voicemail transcription.

Does anyone have this working ? Am I missing a companion app or library ??

Solved. A restart after downloading and configuring Speech Services + Recorder worked.
I made sure to to downoad the language pack for recorder along with update.
Turned off network for Speech Services and Recorder and working fully without contacting Google servers.
Hope this helps someone else. Working on 2 Pixel 4a5g and a Pixel 4a with ATT
