Bluetooth randomly turns off

Running the latest GOS release on my Pixel 6a. I've noticed recently that Bluetooth randomly turns off. I was trying to pair a saved device and it wasn't connecting and it turns out Bluetooth turned itself off. I did not configure it in settings to turn off automatically if no devices are connected, I also checked to make sure the setting was off. Monitoring it, it stays on for a while and then turns off. Sometimes it turns back on, other times I have to turn it on.

I have more of a Bluetooth failure on my 6a, it crashes with a pop-up saying so. This has happened in the past but cleared up with a subsequent update. It's back no recently. I can be driving down the road and suddenly it fails, and drives the car nuts too.

Running 16 Build 2025091900 on Pixel 6a.

It happened again. I was trying to connect to BT and it had turned itself off again. After using BT, about 30-45 minutes later it had automatically turned off again
