MrRoboto1212 no source, I had this a couple of weeks ago when I installed the Play Store for the first time. I remember there was a forum post with this issue where someone mentioned just waiting for the update via graphene app store, as they update the store together with all necessary files regularly.
I silenced the message and some days later there was an update for the Play Store and Services and since then the message didn't appear again.
I think it's because Google updates the specific file sometimes independent from the Play Store/Services. On stock this is okay, but for keeping the sandbox integrity so to say it's better to only update the system and system/Google files via Graphenes Update mechanism and/or their app store only.
