The devs of the o2-de app seem to have partially implemented the Play Integrity API. Their implementation currently doesn't work correctly and can easily be bypassed, but they may fix it in the future.
I think it would be helpful if GrapheneOS users that use the app leave feedback either in the Play Store, by contacting them via email or posting in their forum:

Also I hope the o2 developers don't see this so the app doesn't get patched before GrapheneOS is supported but for anyone trying to get it to work:
The Play Integrity check on the "Mein o2" app can currently be bypassed by the tools GrapheneOS provides for it.
