The most secure setup for GrapheneOS

I recently installed GrapheneOS on my smartphone, a Pixel 9a. Now I want to secure it against physical access, and I also want to protect it against online attacks.

Can anyone help me? Do you have any tips, ideas, or advice?
What setups are available? Which apps?

I recently got a 9a as well and I use the owner profile with Accrescent and Obtainium for other apps with an always on VPN (ProtonVPN with Secure Core), in my private vault I use the sandboxed Google Play with all the other proprietary apps. It depends on your threat model, but this works quite well for me.
