Auto-enable Camera & Mic access when opening the Camera app

I think the title is clear, is there a way to enable such a feature?

My Camera & Mic access are off by default. If I'm opening the Camera app, I most certainly will enable Camera access (and usually Mic access for videos). Sometimes I need to capture something quickly (I'm sure anyone can relate, especially if you have a pet or a baby), and enabling 2 types of access makes me lose a second, which can be valuable at times. Is there a way to automatically enable these 2 acesses when I open up the Camera app, in order to gain that extra second?

Even better would be if Camera & Mic access became dieabled again after closing the Camera app, but that's very much secondary for me as I'm usually not in a hurry to turn off Camera & Mic access.

This would be very helpful; camera access is essentially an outlier in Product roles a smartphone plays; it's often and "asynconronous" need (open camera right now for X interesting, fleeting event), but obviously requires more permissions than other async tasks like reading a message notification.

Unfortunately I do not know how difficult activating these permissions would be, or if it could be done securely; nor if it's possible on android to combine that with the sort of "stack" usage that would allow un-winding the permissions when camera closes.
