Is it impossible to install WhatsApp on GrapheneOS?

Hello, is there a solution for installing WhatsApp on Grafheneos? I have WhatsApp on a Samsung and I want to transfer it to Grafheneos. I've tried from the Grafheneos Play Store, but it tells me that this device is not official and that it's a spam account. I wrote to support and they activated the account on the Samsung. This WhatsApp account works, but it doesn't work on Grafheneos through the Play Store services, nor does it work through the WhatsApp page on Grafheneos.
Is there a solution to this problem on Grafheneos?

Anti2030 you can't use same whatsapp account on two devices (in case you didn't know).

Anti2030 I use WhatsApp on a separate profile where I keep all non–open-source apps. Instead of the Play Store on GrapheneOS, I now use Obtainium (with this catalog: https://apps.obtainium.imranr.dev/). Just type “WhatsApp” in the search bar; the APK is fetched directly from WhatsApp’s official website and works fine on GrapheneOS.

must i add the other day i cleared whatsapp storage to try signing in (having seen a reddit post of someone not being able to sign in on GOS) and despite my number being flagged by WA previously for using it on insecure firmware before i used GOS, it can sign in fine however you do need MTE disabled for the login process or it just crashes, you can re-enable MTE after
