Backup process for inital flash

Hello,

I hope this is the right spot to ask. I wasn't able to find an answer searching through the forum.

I have a pixel 7 that I've been using on the stock OS for a couple of years, I'd like to convert if over to graphene and I was wondering if there was a recommended back-up restore process for this? I've tried copying over bulk data and that has mostly worked although it is exceptionally slow, but that doesn't really cover app data.

I backed up everything important manually. Most apps offer some kind of backup feature or are a cloud app anyways. It's tedious, but considering the benefits of GrapheneOS, it was worth it for me.
