Has anyone had bluetooth pairing opportunities with the Klein Electronics BLE-PTT+?

My phone (Pixel 7a), can see the device, but when I press pair, the bluetooth screen on my phone just drops away and returns me to the home screen. I also tested this on my Pixel 9 and 8 with the same results.
The PTT successfully pairs to my iPad mini.
