After setting the wallpaper, you will see a preview stage ("Preview" at top left corner and "Set wallpaper" button on the top right corner). During this stage, you can tap the wallpaper and resize/move it as you wish. For resolution issues, you should try to obtain an image with at least the following dimensions: 1280 x 2856 pixels.
