eSIM data does not work for second user.

Hello everyone,

I've only been using 9a and GOS for a few days.
I've saved all Play Store apps under a second user and wanted to access a banking app, for example.
I can only connect to the internet via Wi-Fi; the eSIM is not available.

Under the second user and Settings / Network & Internet / Internet, only Wi-Fi can be selected and works.
The eSIM with data package says “No automatic connection via mobile data,” and the gear icon to the right of it is grayed out, so nothing can be selected.

Everything works fine in the main profile.

Did I install everything “backwards,” and do Play Store apps have to be in the main profile to get a connection on the go?

I've got it:

BEFORE switching to the second user in the main profile, you have to activate the Internet for the eSIM and then switch to the second user. Only then will it work.

Could you detail the steps you take in doing that?
I've been having the same problem and thought I've tried everything, with no success.
