How does the team monitor infrastructure status and NGINX statistics?

when I was configuring my infrastructure, I used the configs available on the GrapheneOS GitHub as reference. I'm now looking into my options for status and traffic monitoring, as well as server-side telemetry of traffic origins.

What does the GrapheneOS team use for monitoring the project infrastructure?
