Navi upi app

Can anyone confirm if they can use navi upi app after last update. I had to relogin recently now i can't use upi, I'm trying to validate my number and getting error "request couldn't be completed". Anyone knows how to fix this?

This is the response i got from them after a day of chatting

Hi ,
