I have been off GrapheneOS for nearly half a year, how should I setup my device?

I just flashed a new (to me; ie used) Pixel 9 with Graphene. My last Pixel device with Graphene was the 4a. I have been using an old cracked Samsung phone in the meantime and fell out of being involved with reading any new developments for Graphene and best practices. For example Accrescent is totally new to me. Where should I start?
