Molly on 2 users

Is it possible to use my same Signal/Molly account on both my users on my phone?
Been trying to figure out how to link my owner Molly to my google dud user Molly/Signal
It's annoying when I get a call from the other user, and it takes me FOREVER to switch users to pick it up.
If I can't use it on both users it's not the end of the world, just wanted to see if its possible.

Molly has a "Link to existing device" feature.

snaz you should be able to create a link to link a device and share that with the other profile.

Sorry, I could do it in private space, but I haven't tried it in a secondary profile.

My owner user (which has my Signal user logged into Molly) is logged in, and can only accept QR code scanning, and QR code links. The other user it not being logged in cannot create a login link. Only lets me scan QR code.

Yeah I just checked and you're right. You can extract the link by scanning the QR code with a scanner like BinaryEye, assuming you have a second device. But in that case it's easier to just screenshot it, like @calpurtmun said.

I have done this before but it required temporarily using a second device. When Molly shares the QR code to link to another device, take a photo of that with another phone or tablet, then quickly swap profiles, then scan the photo you took of the QR code on the second device.

It took me a few tries to do this. I had to have Molly already active and open to the right screen in both profiles so I could switch quickly enough before the QR code expired. Wish I knew a better way.

calpurtmun I contemplated on doing this, and seems like I prolly will. Luckily, I am at work so I can get someone to help me out. Thank you, I wanted to just do that but wasn't sure if I was making ti harder for myself.
