Banking app (Boursobank) won't let me login

Hello,

I got logged out of my banking app (Boursobank) and now after successfuly entering my username and password the app tells me that I can't cannot because I use "a rooted phone or an alterned ROM". I tried Google Playstore and Aurora version both didn't work. Is there any way around that?

It was but I reset the phone, installed the app again and the app just won't let me log in because of GrapheneOS now

Managed to make it work by disabling check integrity in the settings. Solved!

Jynn i don't find "check integrity" in the settings.
I try all tips listed here https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/8330-app-compatibility-with-grapheneos
and it's still don't work.

Thanks g0d I was just considering dumping boursobank.
The question now is: how long is this trick gonna work? and arent boursobank genius developpers find a new way to block us ....

Hello,

I encountered this issue today on a fresh install on a Pixel 4a (yes, I know it's unsupported).

For supported devices:
You should have a toggle in the Boursobank app settings to disable "Play Integrity Checks" (or "Check Integrity")

For older/unsupported devices without the toggle:
The workaround that worked for me:

Download the app (from Play Store or Aurora Store)
Go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Services → Disable
Go to Settings → Apps → Boursobank → Storage → Clear Storage
Open Boursobank and login (the integrity check error should not appear)
Once logged in, you can re-enable Google Play Services

Just uninstall Boursobank app
and use website
phone them (via eliot) to make 3D secure via SMS.

Hi, I just installed successfully the app of BOURSOBANK on my PIXEL 10 PRO .
It was working perfectly on my 9 PRO with graphenOS, but when I went to the 10 PRO , I got the message « “Oops! We were unable to verify the integrity of your device. Please use the BoursoBank app only on an unmodified physical device (root, custom ROM, etc.). In its current state, your application is not authorized to connect to BoursoBank.”
After cleaning storage, and swith the « block usage attempts » for play integrity API , it woked
I recommand you to write to boursobank to ask them to stop chasing graphenOS. I already sent a letter « paper format » , I’ll send a new one.

Thank you for sharing! Did you installed the app from the Play Store using a google account, and installed in the owner user profile? How did you downloaded and where did you installed?
I'm getting in touch with the bank tomorrow too, asking to stop banning grapheneOs ;)
