Is there a way to bypass Google account login on new setup?

Got a new pixel. I spent the year de-googling my life. On my new pixel I need to unlock the bootloader to flash Graphene. Is there a way to skip logging in with a Google account on first setup to get to settings to unlock the bootloader? I don't have a Gmail anymore and really don't want to create a new Gmail just to sign in 1 time to unlock the bootloader.

Deverox you can setup Android without a Google account. There's an option to skip it in the setup Wizard.

Thank you! Come to find out this device was not "new" and had been previously logged in to. I returned it to BestBuy and got a new one and opened it in store this time. I was able to skip no problem.
