How private is Autofill functionality regarding the actual provider?

Let's say I have a trusted password manager (ProviderGood) I use to input fields with its specific keyboard device, no Autofill here.
Let's say I also have a "very insecure" provider (ProviderBad) simultaneously to use for autofilling less-importance stuff.

Questions:

Does ProviderBad have access to all forms/apps I visit just because of being an Autofill provider?
Who watches the fields of the forms in browsers/apps: providers or GOS Autofill?
Will ProviderBad ever get any info about "CriticalApp1" even though I do not set up autofilling for it and only fill with ProviderGood? (I get a suggestion to save the credentials with ProviderBad).
If no autofill actual filling happens in an app, does ProviderBad know I am using that app?

Not an expert myself, but if you go into settings and head to the privacy overview with an autofill provider active, it will list all active apps and it tells you what the app can see and do.
