delete folders containing files...

greetings,

im new on grapheneOS (i never used android before) and I feel a bit dumb asking that question but,

i cant find a way to delete a folder containing files

I cannot spend time deleting files 1by1 because i ve transfered a lot.
so I would like to bulk delete them by erasing all the folders direclty.

to delete a file, i select it and a garbage icon appear on top.
but for folder containing files, nothing appear... there is also no deleting option in the top right menu
(tho, it works for empty folders)

how would you do?

Try using Material Files as your file manager. You just select the 3 dots to the right of the directory you want to delete and select delete.

by File Manager, you ean the native app to manage files,, right?
if so, thats what i use, and I cannot delete

It seems that you have to select the Pixel device from the bottom of the menu, then you can select and delete folders.

khetaron basically the "root" view of the file system, where you can also see the "Android", "Ringtones" and similar directories. I (we) assume you are in the categories view (Downloads, Documents, Pictures, etc.).
