Where did you find these instructions from us? I've never heard of us giving those types of instructions for a third party service with have nothing to do with!

You've already stated that they make you pay for the ability to do so, how could you have completed the procedure twice with their service? Did you mean the easy switch transfer? Then that's different then forwarding.
