Usually it's better not to mess with those settings if you don't know what they do.
However, there is one setting that I've seen others suggest users turn on and I actually turn on myself, the "Isolate destination addresses" setting. I was amazed to find it's not enabled by default on Orbot like it is on the desktop version of the Tor Browser (not sure about the Android version of Tor Browser).
This setting creates a new circuit for each destination address. What this means is that you'll have a completely different IP address for each different site, making it harder to identify you.
