Double Lockscreen upon Boot

I am having this same issue as this other user

Upon starting up the phone on first boot there appears to be two lockscreens appearing one right after the other by a second delay. Its like its trying to log the lockscreen password.

I am running the latest version updated using a 9 series Pixel.

Please make sure everything is good and not compromised.

To give more information I am using a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and I have been using Graphene since the 7 series came out. I installed this version on my 9 series using the web installer if that helps narrow things down
