If you click on it, the next screen (at the bottom) has an option to delete eSIMs. The default is to not delete them.

You know your workflow best, but if you're considering this on a regular basis you may want to read up on the Clean Owner Profile.

Basically only download your apps there, then push them to another profile. When you want a clean slate, purge the profile and start over. Or could consider putting services / apps you want periodic fresh starts for in their own profile.

There's posts in the forum you could find easy enough. Just an option to consider.

So, Settings > System > Reset options > Erase All Data (factory reset) won't return the phone to Google's OS ?

Graphnoobie No. PixelOS has been replaced with GrapheneOS. You are essentially pulling the default Graphene OS image from your device, you installed before.

Thanks to everyone who attempted to answer my question. I will be trying the Phone's factory reset.
Since this will Erase all my Data files and Apps. Is there a proven way to backup my Data and Apps in Graphene OS.
Or maybe a third party way to backup everything ?

Backup every user you have to a USB using Seedvault, use the app backup and not the storage one to an equivalently sized USB stick of your phones memory to ensure capacity. (I use a Sandisk Duo) This will cover call logs, sms etc as well as apps and data where the app permits it. (Some won't due to having Flag_Secure set such as Signal et al) When using encrypted backups ensure you have the seed phrase written down also this applies to the next step too.
Backup each app using their own internal backup method, such as Signal, Newpipe, AntennaPod, 2FA apps etc
Transfer your internal storage for each user you have installed too, to the USB stick manually. Be sure to transfer folders with the largest footprint individually such as DCIM, Download etc and then the rest.

With anything sensitive or important remember to ensure you have validated at least 3 backups in various locations especially pictures. Also do everything slowly and methodically, write down your apps and check off each as you ensured the data you need has been backed up where they have an internal method to do so. Don't rush it.

Has seedvault gotten more stable? I remember back in pixel7 days it was often said to be unreliable and a more robust option would eventually come out.

Obviously we still have seedvault, but has it been tweaked to be more reliable at this point in time?

Thanks much MetropleX. I kinda felt your method would be the way go. Mainly because I could not find a
comprehensive way to reset Graphene OS and restore everything afterward. I will post after I've done this
with results.

c86 peoples mileage seems to vary but it tends to backup and restore what it does and I just make arrangements to ensure anything it doesn't app wise is noted along with using individual app backup methods.

Personally all I can say is it backed up and restored to my expectation 3 different users without a problem when I recently had to reset my device to stock for the pixel 8 screen repair programme. Just using the app backup method (not storage) and backing up to USB drive (Sandisk Duo).

It's still not the robust solution we would ideally like but the replacement remains on the roadmap.
