In case you weren't aware of the following:
Aurora Store is simply a way to obtain apps from the Play Store. Those apps still come from the Play Store and are still APKs generated/signed by the Play Store which often include the Google Play SDK / libraries. You are not actually avoiding Google Play by using Aurora Store.
Aurora Store violates the Play Store terms of use in multiple ways including the default account sharing. Account sharing is disallowed because it's a security risk, and Aurora Store does not warn users about the potential security risk. It has not even been considered.
Doesn't properly verify apps came from the Play Store. It uses HTTPS, but it doesn't pin keys or reduce the trusted Certificate Authorities.
The primary advice we give is to use Play Store with a throwaway account with gift cards for in app purchases etc, Aurora does have a use in that there are apps misappropriating the Play Store Play Integrity tag to prevent OSes downloading certain apps eg eBay which using Aurora is helpful for to bypass this as the safest method.
