Help, can no longer access USB via "Connected devices" settings

I used to go to my settings and change the "Connected devices" USB to allow for my computer to access storage on my Pixel 7. I used this to add music from my computer to my phone and transfer voice memos. However, the option has mysteriously disappeared. How do I access my phone's files now?

BerenstainsMonster When the device is rebooted, unlocking it for the first time accesses the owner profile.
