On Pixel Camera switching from any lens to the telephoto stutters and crashes. I can switch from 1x to 0.7x while recording just fine, but not to telephoto. It's infuriating to not be able to zoom in while video recording. I even tried on gcam ports and had the same problem.
HOWEVER
If I use the grapheneos camera switching lens works fine (and it does switch to telephoto not just cropping in on 1x lens)
WHAT IVE ALREADY TRIED
- Different video recording settings e.g. stabilization
- Setting Camera to unrestricted background usage
- Enabling exploit protection compatibility mode
- Installing google services and setting to unrestricted
